“We knew Bill from Lorena. Great friend, funny person. He and another neighbor of advanced age used to walk around the block every day, then sat out in Bill's garage and held court, giving the younger men in the neighborhood a hard time. We moved away 5 years ago, but my husband, Jimmy, and Bill had kept in contact. It is a sad day, hearing of his passing. We send heartfelt condolences to his family.”
