She is survived by: her parents, Roland Thomas Picard and Helen Claudine Picard (Parkman); her husband James Hays of Carlton, TX; her son Richard; her daughter-in-law Carla Whisenant of Hico, TX; her grandchildren, Jason Sexton, Justin Dickson, Jayden Dickson and Christian Green; and her sisters-in-law, Sally Tomlinson of Iredell, TX and Sherry Dotson of Beamont, TX.
