It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julia Mae Compton of Carlsbad, Texas, born in Chester, South Carolina, who passed away on December 9, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Holmes Wesley Collins and Avalona Clark Collins; and her siblings, Ernestine Reynolds, Holmes Collins, Jr. of Carlsbad, Gary C. Collins of Carlsbad and George O. Compton.
She is survived by: her husband George.
Julia enjoyed Eastern Star and was truly dedicated to charity, truth and loving kindness.
