She is survived by: her husband Kirby Hoffman; her siblings, Mary Roggenkamp (Don), David DeCock (Nancy), Bob DeCock (Stephanie), Douglas DeCock (Collette), Henry DeCock (Judy) and Wayne DeCock (Janelle); and her aunt Jeanette.
