He is survived by: his mother Peggy Mayfield (Richardson) of Forney; his wife Sarina Mayfield; his daughters, Amanda Hampton of Austin, Heather Mayfield of Canyon, Meghan Hedrick (Colton) of Amarillo and Abigail Alexander (Adam) of Canyon; his grandchildren, Knoxx, Kennedy Hedrick, Jaxon Mayfield and Ainsley Alexander; his sister Heather Sacco of Greenville, TX; and his pet Ryder. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; many cousins.
