She was predeceased by: her parents, A. R. Robbins and Nettie Robbins; her husband Loyd Short; her brothers, Henry Robbins and Dee Ray Robbins; her daughter-in-law Sammye Short; her grandson Trevor Burrell; and her great grandchild Chelsea Forcey.
She is survived by: her sons, Larry Short of Decatur, TX, Roger Short (Tina) of Canyon, TX and Mike Short (Linda) of White Deer, TX. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren; and six great, great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be to the Robbins Family Cemetery, 110 Adventist Church Rd., Bonnerdale, AR 71933.
