The memory of Mary T. Haun of Canyon, Texas, born in Abilene, Kansas, who passed away on July 6, 2024 at the age of 71, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wendell Chase and Ruby Chase. She is survived by: her husband John Haun; her daughter Wendy Haun (Jimerson Adkins) of Pilot Point, TX; her brother John Chase (Kerby) of Abilene, KS; her nieces and nephews, Katie Kohman (Kregg) of Abilene, KS, Kathy Haun of Council Grove, KS, Kody Chase (Becky) of Abilene, KS and Douglas Haun of Council Grove, KS; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Abi Lillard, Chase Lillard, Ruby Kohman and Hadley Chase. She is also survived by her family and friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, July 11th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Martin-Becker-Carlson Funeral Home (414 NW 3rd St, Abilene, KS 67410). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 12th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the First United Methodist Church- Abilene (601 N. Cedar St., Abilene, KS 67410).
