He was predeceased by: his parents, William Manuel and Minnie Manuel (Smith); his siblings, O. C. Manuel, Hershell Manuel, Reba Mahler and LaVerne McCarson; and his great grandchild Maclay Carson.
He is survived by: his wife Billie Manuel of Canyon; his children, Lynn Wilkinson of Canyon, Judy Redinger (Ronald) of Olton and Patti Field (Mike) of Amarillo; his siblings, Jerry Manuel of Elbert, Lyndal Manuel of Elbert, Beth Frost of Elbert and LaQuita Kee of Amarillo; and his grandchildren, Colt Redinger, Ronna Carson (Stephen), Kylie Redinger, Andi Shoulders (Jason) and Kori Cates (Brandon).
The family suggests memorials be made to the Olton Cemetery Association PO Box 1055 Olton, Texas 79064.
