He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Carol and Mollie Florence Hollis; his siblings, Clarence Edward Hollis, Floyd Maples Hollis, Mildred Thomas, Stella Cummings and Doris Givins; his sons, Donnie Julius Hollis, Johnny Seaborn Hollis and Ronald Dale Hollis; and his grandson Jay Allen Scarborough.
He is survived by: his wife Annie Mae Hollis; his children, Judy Martin (David) of Canyon, Kay Portillo (Lupe) of Pampa, Janet Scarborough (Andy) of Hurst, Darla Pearson (Calvin) of Logan and Randy Allan Hollis of Canyon; and his siblings, Bertha Beatrice Gilbert of Fife, Eunice Marie Wright of Cleveland, Tennessee, George Lewis Hollis of Ft. Cobb and Ralph Carol Hollis (Seba) of Amarillo. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; and 2 great-great grandchildren.
