She is survived by: her husband John Lane; her children, Justin Lane and Andrea; her stepchildren, Greg Lane, Monty Lane, Janet and Bruce Chittum; her siblings, Karen (Jerry Wright), Cliff (Joyce Boehning), MaryAnn (Wade Lewis), Dale (Jennifer Boehning), Phillip (Barbara Boehning) and Deborah Boehning; and her grandchildren, Rebekah, Ethan Chadwick, Jennifer, John Michael Lane, Kayla Lane, Chase and Ashley Chittum.
