She was predeceased by: her parents, John Jensen and Icil Jensen (Murphy); and her sisters, Pam Jensen and Linda Dale. She is survived by: her husband Charles Cook; her son Brian Cook of Denton; the father of her children Charles Cook of Amarillo; her children, Shannon Cook of Canyon and Daniel Cook of Canyon; her brother-in-law Robert Hughes of Iowa; her niece Joanie Dale; and her nephew Michael Jensen of Iowa. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
