He is survived by: his wife Janice Townsend; his children, Jerad Middaugh (Felecia) of Amarillo and Jeanna Lilley (David) of Canyon; his grandchildren, Mattisyn Lilley, Taylor Middaugh, Kylor Middaugh, Jeratt Lilley, Koby Middaugh and Keaten Middaugh; and his brother Gary Middaugh (Kathy) of Fritch.
