He was predeceased by: his sisters, Audrey Martin and Janey Middleton. He is survived by: his sisters, Carron Shelton and Connie Webb; his children, Lanette Mahle Ball (Donald "Buzz" Ball) of Neosho, MO and Jay Mahle (Carla) of Spring, TX; his grandchildren, Jeremy Ball (Amber), Emily Ball Ripley, Amanda Mahle (Derek Marshall) and Rebecca Mahle Klingaman (Landon); and his great grandchildren, Adian and Noah Ball. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, Howard requested donations be made to Lifeline Chaplaincy (Houston) or Eastern European Missions.
