He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Z. Haines and Katherine Haines; and his wife Shirley Jane Snoddy. He is survived by: his children, Howard, Holly of Amarillo and Harvey (Cindy) of Washington, D. C.; his granddaughters, Heather, Melanie and Sally; and also Shirley. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the First Presbyterian Church (904 19th St, Canyon, TX 79015).
