She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnnie Rusler and Retha Rusler (Young); her siblings, Winfred V. Rusler (Butch), Milton Kyle Rusler and Patricia Rusler; and her son Hal Moreland.
She is survived by: her daughter Sabrina Neeley (Grant) of Dayton, Ohio; her granddaughter Jordan Neeley of San Francisco, California; her great-nephew Wayd Rusler of Austin, Nevada; and her brothers, Ken Rusler (Sue) of Canyon and Clifford Rusler of Canyon. She is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews; 11 great nieces and nephews.
