With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elizabeth Carollyn Schaefer of Canyon, Texas, born in Ballston Spa, New York, who passed away on October 20, 2021 at the age of 33. She was predeceased by: her father Randall Schaefer. She is survived by: her mother Sharon Schaefer (Ernst); her daughter Raelynn Elizabeth Schaefer; and her siblings, Tammy Criswell of Erie, PA, Kristopher Schaefer of Canyon, Heather Hankins of Johnstown, CO, Eric Coppinger (Kathryn) of Amarillo, Kevin Schaefer of Gastonia, NC and Serena Brawley (Brett) of Cottonwood, AZ. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
