He was predeceased by: his parents, Brian Evans and Nita Evans; his brother-in-law George Borden; and his great-nephew Corin Blake. He is survived by: his wife Diana Evans; his stepson Terry L. Chandler, II of Amarillo; his granddaughters, Kambree Chandler and Xaylee Chandler; his sisters, Deborah Borden of Clovis, NM and Nancy Blake (Bob) of San Antonio; his nieces, Candice Weaver (Chad) of Lazbuddie, Kimberly Davy (Justin) of Galveston, Kristen Chastine (Parquer) of Las Cruces, NM, Cynthia Bernal (Ross) of San Antonio and Kila Williams (Travis) of Roswell, NM; his nephew Brian Blake (Aimee) of Florence; his aunt Carolyn Carpenter of Plainview; his mother-in-law Louise Hare of Roswell, NM; and his siblings-in-law, Kim Mathews (Mike) of Roswell, NM, Ronnie Downey of Roswell, NM and Rod Downey (Michelle) of Colorado. He is also survived by caretaker, he helped take care of his grandparents and his parents.
