He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay Wyer and Ottice Wyer; and his sister J. Ann Parsley. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; his daughters, Brenda Evins (Derrel Evins), Kathy Taylor (Gus Taylor) and Timmye Posey (Dan Posey); and his grandchildren, Angela Roberts, Justin Taylor, Abra Polinard, Rachel Austin and Bethany Ketron. He is also survived by his six great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
