She is survived by: her father Joe Richard (Donna) of Idalou; her sons, Richard Root of Flower Mound and Berry Root (Heather) of Amarillo; her grandsons, Jackson Wyatt and Samuel James; her siblings, Danny Joe Powers (Laura) of Amarillo and Kimberly Smith Powers of Austin; her stepsiblings, Karla Clanton, Sheila Atkinson, Sherry Heinecke, Kiesha Richards and Ray Boring; her friend Staci Hamacher-Nelson; and her daughter Tori.
