He was predeceased by: his parents, Wade Paulk and Lois Paulk; and his brothers, J. W., Leonard and Eddy.
He is survived by: his wife Celinda; his siblings, Kathryn Blackford of Virginia Beach, Maragret Peters of Abilene, Texas and Roy Gene Paulk (Kay) of Canyon; and his children, Billy Joe Paulk Jr. (Shannon) of Lacy, Stephen Paulk of Hurst, Texas., Shaunah Johnston (Trae) of Amarillo, Shea Craig of Ft. Worth and Samantha Bartley of Lumberton, Texas.. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
