He is survived by: his children, Leslie DeAnn Appling (Roy) of Hereford and Gary DeWayne Chumbley (Sheila) of Spokane, WA; his grandchildren, Chandler, Garrett Chumbley and Jaylee Appling; and his great grandchild Ryleigh.
