He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Evans Carpenter of Plainview; his wife Kathy Denise Durham; his daughter Carley of Canyon; his sister Camille Northcutt (Greg) of Plainview; his mother-in-law Shirley Durham of Stratford; his sister-in-law Michelle Miller (Timothy) of Amarillo; and his nieces and nephews, Caroline, Carson Northcutt of Plainview, Josiah, Noelle Miller of Amarillo, Bryan, Kelly, Malachi, Benjamin, Sadie Durham of Ness City, Kansas and Matthew Durham of Itasca.
