He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenney W. Rothe, Sr. and Anna Harriett Burns Rothe; and his brother Kenney W. Rothe, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Lynn Winters; his son Keith A. Russell; his grandson Joshua L. Russell; and his sister Charlotte Kothman. He is also survived by 2 nieces; 4 great nephews; and 1 great niece.
