He was predeceased by: his parents, Hans Melgaard and Alvina Melgaard; and his siblings-in-law, Dennis Moberg and Fumi Melgaard. He is survived by: his wife Kim; his children, Kasey Davis (Aaron) of Eagle Springs and Kyle (Faith) of Marfa, Texas.; and his siblings, Carol Moberg, Richard, Ken and Kerry. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
