He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Leon "Lonnie" Phillips and Betty Lea Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Chris; his brother Mike Phillips (Christina Phillips); and his children, Travis Phillips (Casey), Jenny Goodwin (Paul), Michael Cash Phillips and James Phillips (Sabrina). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
