He is survived by: his wife Georgie Thompson of Canyon Lake; his mother Micheline Thompson of San Antonio; his sister Alexandra Memolo of San Antonio; his sons, Ray Richard Thompson III (Heather) of Selma and Kristopher Thompson of Floresville; his stepson Nathan Mitten (Katie) of Austin, TX.; and his grandchildren, Christopher, Alex, Logan Walker and Alyssa Walker. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
