With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Millard Holderfield of Canyon Lake, Texas, born in Holland, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 30, 2024 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Millard is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Millard's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Millard C. Holderfield and Birdie Holderfield; his wife Shirley Holderfield; his sons, Mark Holderfield and Scott Holderfield; and his grandchildren, Mikayla Holderfield and Wrigley Holderfield.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 10:45 AM at the Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery (1520 Harry Wurzbach Rd, San Antonio, TX 78209).
