He was predeceased by: his parents, Jake Voortman and Irene Voortman. He is survived by: his grandson Mike; his children, Andrea Maik (Andrew) of Boerne, TX, Daniel, Nathan and Sara Worch (Marcel) of Canyon Lake, TX; his grandchildren, Gracie of AnaClara, Jesse, Walker, Rocky, Jake, Holani and Haukea; and his sister Norma Dekker of Lynden, WA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
