He is survived by: his significant other Shari Welch; his significant other's children, Barry, Josh and Katie; his son Doug Dallis (Linda Dallis); his grandchildren, Leslie Leija, Drake Dallis and Derek Dallis; and his sisters, Brenda Pyatte (Dewayne Pyatte) and Linda Krock (Andy Krock).
