He is survived by: his wife Evelyn; his children, Anthony Hernandez, Christopher Hernandez (Lori), Charlie Hernandez (Crystal), Tracy Mendez (Lucky), Robert Mittelstadt (Justine), Melissa Ferrell and Austin Mittelstadt; his sister Johanna Hernandez; and his nieces and nephews, BJ and Dallas Hernandez. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
