She was predeceased by: her mother Lauree Stafford (Boggs). She is survived by: her father Rex Stafford of Denton; her husband Phillip Neil Elmore of New Braunfels; her children, Miriam Eaves (Joshua) of Austin and Phillip Matthew Elmore of Wisconsin; her sisters, Brenda Broome and Tudor (Roy) of Denton; her stepchildren, Robert D. Elmore (Kelli) of Amarillo, Stephanie Fussell (Neal) of Longview and Tiffanie Smith of London, England; and her grandchildren, Adelyn, Matthew, Micah, Brayden, Regan, Cole, Korryn, Hunter and Mason. She is also survived by numerous relatives and dear friends.
She specialized in caring for Alzheimer's patients in their homes for 15 years, during which time she was awarded National Caregiver of the Year twice.
