Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Karl Schlessiger of Canyon Lake, Texas, born in Corpus Christi, Texas, who passed away at the age of 81, on June 11, 2021. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Paul William and Mary Sue Schlessiger (Medford); his wife Mida; his children, Heidi Peltier (Christopher) of New Braunfels and Nathan Schlessiger (Jessica) of Bulverde; his grandchildren, Ethan Peltier, Rory Peltier and Cash Schlessiger; and his siblings, Kathryn Ann Kurz of Pleasanton, Paulette Reed Pyron of Hondo and Larry Schlessiger (Patti Dru) of Center Point. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Karl's honor to St. Jude Children's Hospital or Hope Hospice of New Braunfels.
