She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry A. Kostash and Josephine Siska Kostash; her friend Myron Holubitsky (British Columbia); her brother Ted; her sister-in-law Louise Kostash; her stepson Ronald "Tone" Ladshaw; and her husband Myron.
She is survived by: her children, John Ladshaw (Liz), Theresa Ladshaw Davis (Larry) and Andrea Ladshaw McBride (Christopher); her grandchildren, Genie Ladshaw Eubanks (Weiss), Andrew Ladshaw (Kristyn), Jesse Ladshaw Trevino, Elliott McBride and Phoebe McBride; her great grandchild Kinsley Ladshaw; her stepchildren, Judy Ladshaw Taylor, Lee, Zen, Aspen, Leeah and Jeff Holubitsky (Kathy); and her stepgrandsons, Max and Paul Holubitsky.
