He is survived by: his wife Ospicia "Obie" Garcia; his sister Gloria Garcia; his children, Rita Gracia, Emma Lujan, John Garcia Jr. of California, Jessica Garcia and Annalisa Garcia-Wagner of Houston; and his stepchildren, Diana Bustos, Oscar Bustos and Ruben Bustos Jr. of New Braunfels. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
