He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sevcik and Leona Sevcik. He is survived by: his wife Gena Sevcik; his siblings, Johnny Sevcik and Joyce Cawley; and his daughters, Shelly White (David) and Jennifer Lopez (Bobby). He is also survived by his five grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.
