She was predeceased by: her parents, Sidney Canady and Maggie Canady; her former husband Bill Turner; her daughter Kelly Turner; and her siblings, Jimmie, Sidney Canady and Lillian Mae Lehman.

She is survived by: her husband Lonnie Burris; her son Jeff Turner; her grandson Chance Turner; and her sister Becky Canady. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
