She was predeceased by: her parents, Darrell Jackson and Vivian Irene Carney; and her grandson Kenneth Alton Domstead II. She is survived by: her husband Michael D. Nagy; her children, Gary Werner (Gail), Kenneth Domstead (Korri), Leslie Domstead (Julie Williams) and Wendy Wirtz (Al); her grandchildren, Robin, Troy, Shayla, Laura, Patrick, Brianna, Dakota and Ashley; and her brother James (Tammy Carney). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jan's honor to St. Jude's Children Hospital.
