He was predeceased by: his parents, James Inge Potts, Sr. and Mary Levine Stewart. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy "Clydette" Potts; his children, Ronald Potts (Tammie Potts), David Potts (Linda Potts) and Cathy Bade (Bart Bade); his grandchildren, Melvin, Travis, Sarah, Sammie, Amy, Tyler, Audrey and Ryan; his stepfather Albert "Al" Caroly; his friends, Shelby and Bridget; his son Rick; and his son-in-law Bart.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Doeppenschmidt Funeral Home (1071 FM2673, Canyon Lake, TX 78133). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Zorn Cemetery (1255 Engler Dairy Rd, Seguin, TX 78155).
