He was predeceased by: his wife Bobbie June. He is survived by: his grandfathers, James Johns and Robert Neal Dillard; his children, James Neal Dillard, Jr. and Wanda Ann Dillard; his stepsons, Bill Wray, Jim Wray and Tim Wray; and his siblings, Michael Dillard and Mary Elizabeth Moore. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren.
