He was predeceased by: his parents, James M. Manker and Helen V. Manker; his brothers, Paul and Kenneth; his daughters, Barbara and Norma; and his granddaughter Melissa.
He is survived by: his children, Col James E. Manker Jr, Michelle Manker, Martin D. Manker (Rebecca), Ann M. Wriston (Wayne) and Lora L. Kuemper (Jerry); and his siblings, Raymond Manker, David Manker (Alpha), MGySgt Donald Manker, Norma Sommers (Jan), Melba Stricker (Jim) and Judy Holzem (Gordon). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild, and numerous nephews and nieces and various cousins.
