She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Barlow and Iva Kelly Douglass Barlow; her brother William Barlow (Bud); her husband Carl Warren Blue; and her daughter-in-law Janet Ragusa Blue (Rodney).
She is survived by: her sister Betty Barlow Ashley of Hazlehurst, MS; her sons, Robert Barlow (Bob), Roger Carl Blue (Cindy) of New Braunfels, TX and Rodney Alan Blue of Pert, TX.; her grandchildren, Crystal Blue Gully (Patrick), Heather Blue Embry (Patrick), Dawn Blue Brown (Joe), Lindsey Tenille Sewell (Chad), Roxanne Blue Lain (Shawn), Alexis Carolyn Blue, Rhett Alan Blue (Raychaelle) and Donna Lea Blue (Andrew Kinh); her great grandchildren, Tyler, Travis Gully, Will, Ethan, Joshua, Alex, Andrew Sewell, Axton, Tynison, Corbin, Deacon Lain, Auria, Alyna, Aurora, Ada, Amelia Blue and Aven Blue; and her caregiver Hazel.
