He was predeceased by: his parents, George Sealy and Bertie Corrine Cone (Ward). He is survived by: his wife Connie Armstrong Cone of Canyon Lake; his son George Kelly Cone of Austin; his brother Kendrik Cone of St. Augustine, Florida; and his granddaughters, Ada and Caia Cone. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations in Bill's name be made to the following: Hope Hospice of New Braunfels, Lewy Body Dementia Association or any charity of your choice.
