With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gary Medina (Canyon Lake, Texas), who passed away on July 15, 2021 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Rodolfo Medina; and his brother Daniel Medina. He is survived by: his mother Elvira Medina (Ramirez); his wife Renee Medina of Canyon Lake; his siblings, Arnold Medina of Lago Vista and Yvonne Brown (Gabe) of Corpus Christi; his stepdaughters, Madeline Powell and Katherine Powell; and his nieces and nephews, Madeline Brown, Jullian Brown, Jacqueline Brown, Jarrett Medina, Kellen Medina and Troy Medina. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and dear friends.

Serving as Honorary Pallbearers are Mark Tyler, Gabe Morin and Albert Avalos Flowers are welcome or donations to any Cancer Charity.

“Dear Vera, Arnold and Yvonne, I remember growing up across the street from your home which Gary always worked so hard to care for and made so beautiful. He was only 2 months older than me, so we grew up in the same era, playing outdoors with all the fun neighbors, building bicycles, go carts and playing all over the neighborhood. Your family was always so welcoming so we found a slice of heaven with Gary and all your beloved family. Please accept my deepest sympathies in the passing of Gary”
