He is survived by: his wife Anna Burdick; his sons, Patrick Burdick (Kari Burdick) and Kyle Burdick (Brittney Burdick); his siblings, Steve Burdick (Ann Burdick), Janet Capitanelli (Michael Capitanelli) and David Burdick; and his grandchildren, Cana, Micah, Miles, Oliver, Charis, Asher and Henry Burdick.
