He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Lou Belcher (Garcia); his sister Sharon Springer; and his brother-in-law Mark Baldon. He is survived by: his father Rayburn Belcher; his wife Amy S. Smith of San Antonio; his children, Albert Lenson Smith IV and Kaitlyn Elizabeth Smith; his grandsons, Austen Phoenix Smith, David Wayne Schindler and Oliver Blaine Schindler; his sisters, Deborah L. Solis, Joyce E. Mejia, Peggy S. Heimann (Kurt), Ingeborg M. Bennett and Mary Audrey Baldon; his brother-in-law Darnell Springer; his stepchildren, Brittany Allen (Kertis), Tiffany Scharnhorst (Tyler) and Aaron Bednarz; and his stepgranddaughter Madison Scharnhorst. He is also survived by relatives & friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Shriners Children's Texas in Lenny's honor.
