He is survived by: his wife Amparo Silvas; his children, Jesse Silvas, Joe Silvas Jr., Luis Silvas, Ernesto Silvas, Ricardo Silvas and Cynthia Silvas; and his granddaughter Cynthia Silvas Brun. He is also survived by 22 Grandchildren and 31 Great Grandchildren.
