He was predeceased by: his parents, John Newsom and Wilmoth Newsom; and his son Tim Newsom. He is survived by: his wife Nell; and his son Russell Newsom.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Eubank Funeral Home (27532 State Hwy 64, Canton, TX 75103).
