She was predeceased by: her parents, William Luke Harp and Tiny Ida Howell Harp; her husband Rev. Oscar Earl Miskell Sr.; her daughter Judy Elizabeth Stokes; her grandchildren, Teresa Ann Miskell and Jonathan Dwayne Miskell; and her great grandchild Bailey Ann Miskell.
She is survived by: her children, Oscar Earl Miskell Jr. (Robin), Jeff Edward Miskell (Debbie) and Susan Elaine Hulsey (Scott); her grandchildren, Sandra (Kevin), Amanda (Leon), Earl III (Angela), Candace, Coleman, Shalynn (Paul), Russell (Stephanie), Melody Stephen Miskell (Jessica) and Seth Miskell; and her siblings, Billy Harp and Mary Steele. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
