She was predeceased by: her father Billy Henry; and her husband William A. Skinner. She is survived by: her children, Billy Colvin (Wendy) of Wills Point, Donda Anderson of Canton, Sheree Newton of Canton, Wendy Skinner (Tommy) of Terrell, Donna Looper of Wills Point and Carol Tomlin of Wills Point; and her brothers, Bobby Henry (JoJo) of Houston and Jimmy Henry (Valerie) of Houston. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.

“What a wonderful lady Ms. Peggy was. I worked for her and Billy in 1978 when they had the Fina Service Station in Terrell, and the wrecking yard on 429 North after that. She always treated me like her own and I really looked up to both of them. They were like a second set of parents. This world has lost a very special lady. Prayers for all the family. Dick Boyd.”
