She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Lorraine Simmons; her grandchildren, Deanna Kay Simmons Blackwell (Sean), Dean Simmons (Misty) and Kyle Simmons (Kayla); and her great grandchildren, Jessicca, Chad, Eric, Alexandria, Brandon, Isaac, Rebecca, Trent and Evelyn.
